Whatever is on the wall,
we'll find what fits.
That is how almost every call starts. Tell us what you know, even if that is nothing, and we will narrow it down for you.
Let's find the right mat for you
Most people land here with one of these three situations. Pick the one that sounds like you.
Which nurse call system do you have?
Three ways to identify it, quickest first
- Look at the call point on the wall above the bed. The make is usually printed on it.
- Check an existing lead. A single black ring on the plug is mono, two rings is stereo.
- Send us a photo and we will tell you. It takes us about a minute.
Or skip it for now and choose by what you are trying to prevent:
You do not need a nurse call system to use these
A standalone monitor sits on the bed rail and sounds where staff can hear it, with no wiring and nothing to connect to. It is what most domestic settings and smaller homes use.
Choose by what you are trying to prevent:

Systems we support
If your system isn't listed, ring us. In 35 years we've rarely met one we couldn't connect to, and if we can't, we'll say so rather than sell you something that half works.
Connection types shown are indicative. We confirm the exact plug against your call point before dispatch. That check is free and it is the reason our return rate is what it is.
Still not sure?
Send us a photo
A picture of the call point on the wall is usually all we need to identify the system.
