Almost everything on this site sits on a rack in Middlesbrough rather than in a supplier's warehouse abroad. That's why we can say next-day and mean it.
Next-day UK
Order before 3pm on a working day for next-day delivery to mainland UK.
Saturday delivery
Available on request when something has failed and a resident is at risk.
Multi-site
Account customers can split one order across several homes with individual delivery notes.
Returns
It doesn't fit our nurse call system
Then we got it wrong. Ring us and we'll swap it, carriage paid, and work out why the
compatibility check missed it.
We ordered the wrong thing
Unused and in original packaging within 30 days, no restocking charge. Sensor mats that
have been in service can't be resold for hygiene reasons.
It arrived damaged or faulty
Tell us within 48 hours and we'll replace it. If it's one of ours, it comes back to our
own bench and we'll tell you what actually failed.
Warranty claims
One year as standard on Maxalert products, from the start date written on the item.
No proof of purchase needed if you're an account customer. We have the record.
